This Korean cooking sauce is prepared for making tteokbokki, a popular dish of rice cakes simmered in a spicy sauce. Its ingredients include fermented red pepper paste, red pepper powder, corn syrup, soy sauce, garlic, green onion paste, and kelp and anchovy extract. Clam stock and onion purée contribute to the sauce's savoury base, making it suitable for preparing a Korean-style rice cake dish at home. The 140 g pouch is intended for approximately two to three servings when prepared with around 300 g of rice cakes.

How to Use:

Use as a cooking sauce for tteokbokki. Combine the sauce with rice cakes and prepare according to the directions on the package.
