Product Information:

 

Made from 1.0mm aluminium alloy with a hard-anodized surface treatment, this compact baking pan has a fixed-base round construction. Its deep sides provide room for baking small round cakes while maintaining a defined shape during baking. The 102 × 98 × 60mm format is suitable for small-format cakes, including sponge cakes, cheesecakes and other recipes prepared in a deep round mould. Use it as part of regular cake preparation where a sturdy aluminium baking pan is required.

How to Use:

Prepare the pan as required by the chosen cake recipe, add the batter or mixture, and bake according to the recipe instructions. Allow the baked item to cool as appropriate before carefully removing it from the pan.
