This Korean-style kimchi is made with salted napa cabbage fermented with a seasoned paste containing red pepper, radish, garlic, onion and ginger. Anchovy sauce and fish-based seasoning contribute to its savoury fermented character. The cabbage is sliced for convenient serving straight from the jar as a side dish or accompaniment to Korean meals. It can also be added to fried rice, noodles, soups or stews for a spicy, tangy seasoning.

How to Use:

Keep refrigerated. Open the jar and serve the kimchi chilled as a side dish, or add it to cooked dishes such as fried rice, noodles, soups or stews.
