As a child, trips to the original Polar Cafe on High Street for teatime treats with her aunt were always the highlight to Stephanie. The smell of pastries from a mile away, still lingers in her heart. Seeing how the staff could simply fold some paper filled with icing and write beautiful messages on cakes mesmerised Stephanie. She love desserts, especially old-school ones and decorated cakes. Teaching Wilton since 2010 and trained as a PME UK Cake Decorating Instructor, Stephanie knows and have seen that anyone with the proper guidance can turn a simple cake into a 'wow' one! I believe knowing 'how to' is a gift, and being able to share is a blessing. That's why she enjoys teaching!
