Simin chanced upon the making of creative steamed buns and has since developed great interest in designing and creating them. After spending nearly 4 months experimenting with the various ingredients, she has finally found the golden ratio of ingredients and methods to create smooth and fluffy steamed buns. Creative steamed buns have brought much joy to Simin, she hopes to spread the happiness to her students or customers alike. She is also a double Gold Award Winner in the Netherlands International Chef Challenge 2020 and Canada International Gastronomy and Tourism Competition 2021. Her bubbly and warm personality are key to a fun learning experience with her students attending her baking classes.
