RED WINE ZINFANDEL 2023 75CL

Adulation Zinfandel 2023 is a full-bodied Californian red wine with medium tannins and subtle acidity. It offers aromas of vanilla, blackberry, red cherries and smoky plum, followed by flavours of leather, creamy caramel, chocolate and red berry jam. The wine finishes long, elegant and jammy. Made from hand-harvested old-vine grapes and aged for 6 months in French and American oak, it is well suited to glazed BBQ ribs, dark chocolate desserts, grilled pork and spicy dishes.
