Castell de Sant Pau Brut Rosé is a Spanish sparkling wine from Catalonia made from Grenache and Trepat. It offers fresh and intense red fruit aromas with exotic pomegranate notes. Light and fruity on the palate, it has an elegant and persistent finish. Made without added dosage, the wine allows its natural complexity to shine. Produced using the traditional method with 12 months of ageing on lees, it is well suited to aperitifs, seafood, grilled vegetables and light appetizers.
