Perez Cruz Cabernet Franc Limited Edition 2023 is a bright ruby-red Chilean red wine with remarkable aromatic intensity. It presents aromas of raspberries, cherries, currants, green pepper and mint, followed by a soft and velvety palate with red and black fruit flavours and excellent length. Made from Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes from the Maipo Valley, the wine is aged for 14 months in French oak. It pairs particularly well with red meat dishes, grilled vegetables, aged cheddar and pepper-crusted steaks.
