These Korean sliced rice cakes are made primarily from rice flour and are intended for use in traditional Korean dishes. Their flat, round shape makes them suitable for adding to soups and broths, including Korean rice cake soup known as tteokguk. They can also be incorporated into stir-fries and other cooked dishes that use rice cakes. The 500 g pack provides rice cakes for preparing meals at home.

How to Use:

Keep refrigerated. Add the sliced rice cakes to soup or broth and cook according to your recipe until heated through.
