Beksul Korean Frying Mix is a seasoned flour blend for preparing Korean-style fried foods. Wheat flour, corn starch and corn powder form the base, while roasted rice flour, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper add seasoning to the mixture. Baking powder is included alongside salt to complete the blend. Use it to coat vegetables, seafood or meat before frying, or to prepare crispy Korean-style fried dishes at home.

How to Use:

Mix the frying powder with water according to the package directions to prepare a coating batter. Coat the chosen ingredients and fry until cooked through and golden.
