Having worked in a high volume production bakery, Skye is experienced in baking artisanal bread, pastries and cake making. She also runs a home based bakery and loves to try new recipes. As a freelance instructor, she has developed class curricula, and conducted personalized baking classes for kids birthday parties to corporate classes.
