Chef Ken is passionate about everything about baking which made him decided to leave his comfort zone more than 12 years ago to enter a new career in profession baking. Having experience work for notable F&B establishments such as PS Café group of restaurants and Crown bakery, Chef Ken enjoys sharing his pastry and artisan bread knowledge especially those started from their home kitchen just like he once did.
