Astrale Rosato is a light, fresh and bright Italian rosé made from a multi-regional blend of Negroamaro, Nero d'Avola, Syrah and Montepulciano. It offers appealing aromas of raspberry, redcurrant and delicate wild mint, followed by a balanced and round palate with ripe strawberry, raspberry and red cherry flavours. Versatile and refreshing, it is well suited to aperitifs, light summer meals and Mediterranean cuisine. The blend comprises 40% Negroamaro from Puglia, 30% Nero d'Avola from Sicily, 20% Syrah and 10% Montepulciano from Abruzzo.
