Bastioni della Rocca Primitivo di Manduria 2023 is a full-bodied Italian red wine from Puglia, made from 100% Primitivo grapes. It presents an opaque ruby colour with garnet reflections and inviting aromas of ripe plums and black cherries, complemented by vanilla and liquorice notes. The palate is rich and rounded, offering ripe, soft fruit with supple tannins and a lingering liquorice character. Matured in French oak barrels, this expressive wine is well suited to roasted or grilled red meats, game, aged cheeses, pizza and spicy Asian cuisine.
